"She loved your class"

Monday morning session starts in 2 weeks

I know this time of year has loose ends and new systems. Every week is a little different until all the activities are going. And Monday mornings might be booked.

But if Mondays are open, 9 am PT/ 12 pm ET for one hour each week, your daughter can start her school year stronger with the Younger Girls Health Class, and have a healthier, happier year, with better sleep and more movement.

Moms say things like:

"She's eating more vegetables"

"She puts more protein on her plate"

"She's taking walks instead of snapping at her siblings"

"She goes to bed earlier"

A health class with kind, helpful peers offers a radical change of perspective. She hears other girls tackling similar challenges - noisy siblings, school subjects, keeping their rooms tidy, and choosing kind words when frustrated.

For 8 weeks, we meet for an hour to cover a theme. For example, when we talk about nutrition, we discuss

  • favorite meals and snacks, including ones they like to cook

  • protein and iron-rich foods and how to incorporate these easily

  • distinguishing hunger from thirst and noticing body cues

  • why skipping meals makes it harder to get enough nutrients

  • hydration, especially with sports, and how it helps us feel better

  • how to see what nutrients are in your typical meals and

  • easy ways to add more fiber and nutrients to each meal

Full topic list is below, and the link to sign up:
