About Jen Dunlap
Since grade school I've loved reading about all. topics related to Nutrition and Health. I've helped many friends improve their energy, mood, and fertility through small steps. Now that I have girls of my own - 5 of them, toddler to teen - I've seen that sharing nutrition with girls in the teen years is a great way to build their confidence and give them skills for long term health. Every class is an opportunity to share this experience with a new group of girls, and start those conversations and habits.
