Excited to offer this for busy Moms
The course that brings my coaching experience
This summer I met with 30 ladies hoping to improve their health before their next pregnancy; we had Zoom consultation with recordings, transcript, and summary to keep, so I could hear where ladies struggle to improve their health.
So many women jumped in, and we got into the practical information they needed. Some topics come up again and again and I decided they should be in one place, easy to review any time.
The Year Before Pregnancy is truly the fruit of thousands of conversations over two decades of coaching busy moms who want to feel their best and need to quickest, most practical guidance - with enough nerdy details to know why those actions matter. I've had 6 pregnancies and many years of nursing to test everything I teach and find where to focus efforts when you have very little extra.
The course will be complete September 8th, and the cost will be $149. This week, as I add videos and resources, it's $49. Almost half the content is there already, and many moms would love to jump in early.
Feel free to share while it's built, and scroll down to see more details about the course.
The Year Before Pregnancy is the simplest way to know your next steps.
God Bless,
Jen
