Service Description

Deciding what to track and what it means can feel overwhelming, but also can be valuable to mark and celebrate progress. Joins us for an overview of what different metrics mean for our health, how to move each one, and what indicates progress: Steps and other ways to quantify fitness; Heart Rate and Heart Rate Variability; Glucose (A1C, fasting glucose, OGTT, and CGM); meal planning; weight and clothing size.We'll also discuss subtler metrics of clothes fitting, cycles, mood and energy to call attention to other ways to note progress.
