"I have been struggling with fertility issues since I got married in 2013. Because I wasn’t even having a period at the time, I didn’t prioritize taking an NFP course of any sort. When I finally started taking steps to fix the hormone imbalances I had been having in 2020/2021, I realized I was lost when it came to charting or even basics about my cycle.

Common Questions 

How long is the program?

6 months, or however many months are left when you jump in. We start February 17 and end in July, but you can join any time. While ladies see changes within the first month, habits and family culture shift over many months. 30 to 90-day programs call for a hard push and often feel unsustainable long-term. We're doing something different - making a plan a week or two at a time, and building skills that will sustain you long after the program wraps.​

Why start in February?

This allows us to re-set your goals for the year and solidify your systems through the end of the school year and first part of the summer. If you can care for yourself through the blur of second semester, Easter, May events, and summer activities, you can do it any time! â€‹

How do I know this will work for me?

This is going to be simpler than what you've done before, and the resources and community are awesome. Our approach is not "more is better."  I know that these frameworks, skills, and supplements have helps hundreds of women to feel their best even in the midst of pre- and perimenopause, cycle changes, pregnancy, postpartum, improving fertility, managing their blood sugar and weight, all while meeting the needs of their family. 

What if my family isn't supportive?

We absolutely get that! Lots of clients have cranky teens and difficult family dynamics. This is all the more reason to save your brain space with clear guidance and moral support from ladies who've been there. While I won't say we've seen it all, you can share whatever you like and not worry about shocking us. We've got your back, especially when it seems like no one else does!

Will this add significant expenses with supplements and foods?

It's up to you! The supplements that benefit most women can be under $50 per month, and you can use the foods your family already eats; many women do choose to buy themselves special "mom foods" that are nutritious and easy, and a wider range of supplements. We'll walk you through that! Borrow from our experience to use what you already have, and purchase for highest impact.

I'm so intrigued but I literally don't have a spare minute in my day!

I get it - time goes QUICKLY when people are relying on you. Individual coaching helps you see the opportunities in your day and make a Plan A, B, C and D that make sense with your existing routines. I guarantee you have a few minutes at various points in your day when you can add movement that will make a difference. It's also likely that some low-value activities are crowding out some of the high-value actions you would love to take. Let's figure it out!

I have limited energy to try new things and don't really feel hopeful.

That's totally reasonable if you feel like you've tried so many programs already. Odds are you learned some valuable skills from each experiment, even if none of them turned out to be the exact right fit. You already know that you can try new things - let's talk and give you hope!

I already have a health condition and am taking medication. Will this interfere?

While I'm not a doctor and you should run everything by him or her, we can ensure that everything you plan is well within your parameters, and will work with medication and physical limitations. We have had a number of ladies on various medications enjoy success in our program.
